Go out to your C5 Corvette and pop the hatch, how do the screws look? Chances are they look like the ones in the pictures below marked as “before /old” screws pictures.

If they don’t it’s only a matter of time, but it might be too late if you don’t replace them NOW!

These were pictures of a 1998 C5. The chips that you see in the picture damaged the paint because when drying the car after a wash the chips were stuck in the rag!! I don’t have to say the rest. Also since the stock screws were so rusted it was very hard to get some out, one even broke right off!!

What you get: is a 32 piece STAINLESS STEEL C5 Corvette rear hatch replacement screw kit! That is 16 stainless steel screws and 16 stainless steel inset washers as shown. These will not rust like your OEM ones did or soon will do.

What this kit fits: All C5's 1997 to 2004 hatch backs, This kit will also fit the Z06 and FRC's, you will just have 4 screws and washers left over. You can use them in other locations!!

Installation: All you need is a T-15 torx bit to take out your factory or a small flat head screwdriver. Then install the new kit with a standard Phillips screwdriver!!

These not only will never rust but they look so much better then the factory dull black screws in there now. These will score points at car shows too im sure!
