WE SHIP:
Orders and backorders -
GScreationsLLC.com is a custom shop which means we are not a Walmart type company. We take pride in our products which may cause for a short delay in shipping from the time you order. However most products are in stock, and will be shipped within 48 hours from time of purchase. Most of our color matched painted items may take 1 to 3 weeks to ship from the time you place your order. If you are under a deadline or need your order ASAP please email us to find out if the wait time will meet your anticipated date of delivery.
Shipping - All orders are
shipped USPS, FEDEX GROUND or UPS GROUND service
unless otherwise requested. Both UPS and FEDEX
require a physical street address to ship, they
do not deliver to a P.O. Box. Saturday, Sunday
and holidays are not included in UPS or FEDEX
delivery time. Freight costs for other shipping
methods are available upon request.
USPS Priority -Freight costs are
figured on weight or dimensional weight and
shipment destination. Delivery time within the
Continental U.S.A. is from two to four business
days, depending on the distance of the shipment
destination .
UPS and Fedex Ground Delivery -
Freight costs are figured on weight or
dimensional weight and shipment destination.
Delivery time within the Continental U.S.A. is
from one to eight business days, depending on
the distance of the shipment destination .
UPS 3 Day and Fedex Express Saver -
Freight costs are figured on weight or
dimensional weight and shipment destination.
Guaranteed delivery time is the third business
day from day of shipment. UPS 3 DAY and FEDEX
EXPRESS SAVER services are only available in the
Continental U.S.A.
UPS and Fedex 2 Day - Freight costs
are figured on weight or dimensional weight
according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery
time is the second business day from shipment
date within the Continental U.S.A.
UPS and Fedex Standard Overnite -
Freight costs are figured on destination and
weight or dimensional weight according to size
of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the
following business day from shipment date within
the Continental U.S.A.
UPS and Fedex Priority Overnight -
Freight costs are figured on destination and
weight or dimensional weight according to size
of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the
following business day by 10:30 A.M. from
shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
UPS Next Day Early AM and Fedex First
Overnite - Freight costs are figured on
destination and weight or dimensional weight
according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery
time is the following business day by 8:30 A.M.
from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
UPS and Fedex Saturday Delivery - This
service is available with PRIORITY OVERNIGHT
service only. An additional $25.00 per box will
be added to the PRIORITY OVERNIGHT shipping
charge. This service is only available in the
Continental U.S.A.
OUR RETURN POLICY, DAMAGE CLAIM AND
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Returns - Should you need to return a
part for refund, exchange or credit, please
contact our service department for a Return
Authorization (RA) number.
Customers are responsible for freight on all
returned items. All returns must be pre-paid by
the customer unless GSCreations, LLC was
at fault and/or made an error.
All returned items are subject to a 15%
re-stocking fee and no returns can be processed
after 30 days of purchase. Returns within 30
days of purchase require a RA number and returns
without an RA number will not be accepted.
Customers are subject to a 15% restocking fee
for any package returned by UPS or FEDEX because
of refusal or non-delivery. Freight costs
incurred are not refundable.
Special Order items are not returnable. Parts
or items that have already been installed or modified in anyway,
shape or form, are not returnable.
Note: Most installation problems can be
solved with a email or phone call to us.
Damaged Goods or Claims - Always
inspect the contents of your shipment in the
presence of the driver delivering your package.
Should you find any damage, notify UPS or FEDEX
immediately so that necessary steps be taken to
insure prompt replacement of part or item.
Please notify GSCreations, LLC of the
claim.
Warranties - All items are warranted
to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your
purchase will be backed by the limited warranty
extended by the manufacturer of the parts you
receive. GSCreations, LLC and the
manufacturer do not honor warranty requests due
to improper handling, installation, neglect,
accidents, or parts used for competition use.
